•Establish comprehensive goals for performance and growth•Establish policies that promote company culture and vision•Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)•Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.•Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention•Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.•Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.•Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.•Growing Sales with key strategic partners such as Vuse, and Davidoff , PMI•Enhancing customer base by providing exceptional quality products.•Identifying and qualify key business opportunities to ensure business profitability•Managing all the operations related to (Pouredot Points of sales 17 branches – 3 Cities )•Planning and developing the right marketing strategy to get the product noticed by the target audience.

-Managing assigned accounts, support vendor on-boarding and help drive business via application platforms.-Effectively analyzing reports, executing strategies on increasing monetized revenue generation from new and existing accounts.-Ensuring positive vendor experience through effective communication, swift resolution of vendor inquiries and requests to build up long-term relationship.- Decide the merchandise mix and pricing on the e-commerce platform.- Monitor business results and campaigns effectiveness.- Develop and execute an online promotion/activation calendar.- Assessing client needs and the company’s ability to meet those needs.- Following up with new leads and referrals generated from the sales team.-Preparing status reports on goals.-Using customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to manage interactions.

-Follow up and monitoring projects, customers, showrooms and warehouses.-Managing the planning on delivery and storage of materials.-Responsible for all aspects of the logistics supply chain, stores management,-Development and optimization of site logistics solutions.-Monitor and report to projects manager and regional manager.-Assessing client needs and the company’s ability to meet those needs-Following up with new leads and referrals generated from the sales team-Preparing status reports on goals-Using customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to manage interactions.- Managing the control panel and linking it to projects - control - monitoring - inventory management.
