From Ground to third floor Commercial floors, from fourth to Sixth floors are Administrative floors, from seventh to tenth floor Residential floors. The roof floor is 9m steel cantilever restaurant and the Roof /U-roof floors. (3B+Gr.+10 Multi use Floors + Roof/U-Roof)3-The Moon real tower consists of three basements Parking floors, From Ground to third Commercial podiums floors. Then Mechanical floor. From Fourth floor and fifth floor are Medical floor, from the Sixth floor to the twentieth third are Administrative floors and finally; From the twentieth fourth and the twentieth five are Residential floors and the Roof /U-roof floors. (3B+Gr.+1Mech. Floor + 25 Multi use Floors + Roof/U-roof)Smart tower building - Captain development4-The Smart tower building. The building is a multi-purpose tower consists of two basements Parking floors. From Ground to fourth floor Commercial floors, from fifth to tenth floors are Administrative floors. I am responsible to review the shop drawing, materials, RFIs, RFPs, and calculations submitted by contractors and verify their compliance with the design drawings and the project specification. I solve technical issues and coordinate with other disciplines.All Façade fixation (Marble, Curtain walls, GRC, Steel structures, Chassis.... etc.) and remedial works calculations are reviewed and approved by me.I handle several projects such as; the Banks in the financial and business sector in the new administration capital, ZED project (Phase 1B, 02), Saint Catherine development, high speed train (HSR) and other projects.

I was responsible of lead a multi-disciplines team and coordinate between them and solve any obstcales and finally submit the deliverables (shopdrawing, materials...etc)for consultant approval.Manage the sub-contractor contracts, invoices and overview all the engineering activities with the Time schedule baseline and its updates.

I was responsible for establishing the structural department, recruit the engineers accomplish all duties assigned to my department which can be divided in to two roles.Firstly, design of several types of structures and preparing the drawings, structural models, B.O.Q and calculations. Secondly, in case of appointed as contractor's consultant I undertake all engineering duties; design review, prepare shop-drawings and BBS and convert projects to BIM and coordinate it with other departments.1. My principle roles are as following - Fulfilling the structural integrity of the buildings by preparing sophisticated models ,calculations and redesign of structural elements using recognized softwares. In addition to secure the company rights of liability on safety and preserve its rights in further claims and variations.- Provide full technical support to site team to enable them proceeding the construct-ability tasks conveniently.- Issuing RFI's and get the consultant approval.- Prepare value engineering studies for the client according to his demands.- Study the tender projects and prepare technical reports to the studies department.- Represent the company in technical meetings with the consultant and the client.-An effictive contribution for a several projects such as :-King Abdullah Financial District, (KAFD)-El Shumasi project. (Design and built project) -King Saud University(KSU)-King Faisal hospital (KFSH)-King Abdullah mataf extension (KAME)-Al Medina extension(PME)-A lot of tender projects
