•Develop & monitor overall HR strategies, systems , aligned with overall business strategies.•Develop & Managing the recruitment and selection process , and staffing strategies to identify internal candidates for future promotion and to ensure vacancies are filled on a timely basis.•Develop & Ensures all HR policies, programs and procedures are followed by all departments at the company. Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.•Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. • •Ensure legal compliance throughout the HR management ,Oversee HR-related administrative duties and ensure they are compliant with existing legal and government reporting.• Maintain pay plan and benefits programs & Conducting annual salary surveys.•Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget•Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system to increase performance and decrease the turnover rate ,Performance improvement and development (Annual and probationary appraisals satisfactorily completed on all employees).•Annual performance awards and employee recognition programs are completed objectively accurately and fairly.•Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
