Ventured into creating an independent consulting team (Mobentec) geared towards local small businesses in need of technical services. Mobentec specializes in offering a multitude of services including web design (experience using CRM platforms), web hosting, e-mail suppor t, network management, software and hardware suppor t, design and publishing, archival services, and creative content structuring. Great emphasis is placed on ensuring prompt communication and customer satisfaction.

Employed as an IT Administrator providing software and hardware suppor t-with an emphasis on project management. Redesigned and maintained corporate website implementing the use of an open-source CRM platform. Created custom databases and tracking systems for different depar tments to help optimize their workflow. Implemented a cross platform network using servers running Linux and Windows-reducing software licensing and maintenance costs. Designed online marketing campaigns which increased sales.

Employed as a Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP) position. Responsible for a case load of five adolescent individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. Attended psychiatric/neurological appointments, school and parent conferences, created behavior plans and individual program plans, conducted staff training, and interviewed prospective new employees. Later, promoted to the Incident Specialist position stationed at the company’s corporate office. Required to thoroughly investigate and analyze abuse, neglect, and other unusual cases arising within the company. Served as the lead investigator on all investigations, produced concise and detailed formal repor ts, and generated recommendations to prevent future reoccurrences. Requested by the administrators to develop an electronic database for incident cataloging, incident tracking, and trend detection to help administrators analyze data.
