Shuaibah Water & Electricity Company is the first IWPP in the kingdom. It produces 880,000 m^3 daily and 900 MW net power output. During training period, I trained in three departments. Which are Operation, Maintenance and Planning departments.2 weeks in operation department: - I learned Multi-Stage Flashing (MSF) desalination system cycle. - I learned Study Power Generation cycle.11 weeks in maintenance department: - Attended several corrective, preventive and shutdown activities. - Assigned from NOMAC managers to supervise Generator oil pipelines inspection under Condition Monitoring Engineer supervision along with Siemens company. - Was involved to take samples of Turbines bearings oil as an action of one of the predictive maintenance types, which is oil analysis.10 weeks in planning department: - Assigned to conduct daily planning meeting between Operation & Maintenance departments to prioritize and plan required maintenance activities. - Representing CM and PM Activities by preparing progress dashboard report (closure status, quality, and manpower utilization) for management review and decision. - Reporting the daily work progress for CM and PM activities in the plant.
