• Control, maintain and update manpower plan and prepare related monthly and weekly reports.• Prepare and maintain records of staff information to include manpower composition, skills, nationalities, education, and experience in order to conduct analysis and make recommendations for manpower re-deployment.• Maintain an up to date organization chart at all times covering every Business Unit within KOREK telecom ensuring that all unit movements are captured regularly.• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.• Conduct telephone and in-person interviews to evaluate applicants and refer qualified candidates to the hiring manager.• Prepare various reports, letters, and support with weekly update on recruitment progress.• Submit candidate’s job offer and follow up until onboarding.• Utilize a variety of channels to source candidates including: job posting, creative online searches, internal job posting, social media and employee referrals.• Proactive coordination with departments for interviews.• Coordinate with KOREK Branches regarding recruitment and workforce planning.• Conduct formal and informal investigations regarding Employee Relations issues.• Attend career fairs and other community and professional recruitment events to pipeline talent.• Coordinate with local staffing agencies to fill Hard-to-fill vacancies.

• Responsible for the administration and organization of exams and make sure they co-ordinate with all the other exams in SABIS.• Oversee the proctoring of exams and check all exams once they have all been completed.• As regional coordinator it is my responsibility to communicate with the center of exams in Egypt to ensure that all exams are prepared and uploaded by the deadline.• Liaise with heads of department and/or any other member of staff to ensure that the correct entries are made for all exams.• Organize exam materials, providing safe custody of exams and organize examination stationery and materials, including question papers, in accordance with regulations.• Manage the daily running of examinations. This included ensuring that all required materials are in the examination rooms for the start of the examinations and arrangements for students with special educational needs are in place• Responsible for the management and supervision of 7 invigilators.• Assign tasks to the invigilators and establish procedures to follow and make sure everything is done accordingly.
