My role revolved around supporting Technical learning and development ( Projects, Engineering, Operations, production and Maintenance). - Developed fit for purpose JCPs in conjunction with Technical Disciplines for both Projects and Production - Developed the competency development guidelines for BGC- Acted as Deputy Technical Learning Lead- Supported Production & Maintenence and Projects & Engineering commissions in their staff development goals to meet their competency requirements and business targets- Assisted in the design and led the delivery of the first iteration of the internship program - Supported the design and implementation of 3 simulator training programs: Yokogawa DCS, Lifting and Hoisting and Ex / Atex Training. - Developed a relationship with relevant UK Royal Charter institutions such as: APM, iMechE, IET, iChemE etc. and BGC to support staff in thier endeavors to become professionally registered in line with business needs. - Coached the local national staff on various L&D subjects and Topics to increase team effectiveness, efficiency and competence.

Role was based in HR Learning and Development. It required the navigation of a challenging and heated political environment to achieve business and department deliverables. *Key Achievements* - Planning and managing language and soft skills, business skills and leadership training on an organizational scale. - Acted as a Learning partner for Business, leaderahip and functional training programs academies for non technical departments and training providors- Acted as an English language coach and instructor for the development of company Nationals. - Acted as a Bilingual HSE instructor for numerous technical and production critical subjects, supporting the diverse population of the company, including expatriate staff. - Training needs and competency gaps analysis and diagnostic to optimize staff performance and workforce effectiveness and productivity in the organization. - Instructional design and evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs to support the yearly organization business objectives and targets that are set by company shareholders. - Co-created the learning and Development strategy and advised on change.

Role was based in BGC Assets Services Department. It entialed working in four different assets, in four different locations and under extreme conditions, both environmentally and culturally. *Key Achievements*- Helped conduct HSE staff comptence assurance and deployment of correct training courses to close gaps. - Translated various technical HSE procedures into Arabic. - Supported expatriate company Ops coaches in conducting effective training programs for nationals that are seconded from state-owned South Gas.- Coordinated and scheduled technical HSE training offerings with relevant company departments based on company comptence assurance data. - Designed and delivered effective communication skills courses to support staff business and personal skills. - Developed, designed and delivered the company's first in house English program tailored for local nationals to enhance thier communication skills in a multi cultural workplace.

- Supervision on a shift of security guards- Helped ensure that construction site IBC is operating within the required security standards.- Liason with relevant security and relation managers the required documentations/permits based on requirements. - Reporting and tracking of key site variables to management.
