I was born and raised in the east, educated and worked in the west. I value, embrace and learn from both cultures, and this has enabled me to shape the way that I see and analyse the world and has equipped me with three strengths, leadership, communication and the person who gets things done to a high standard. I am a big thinker who has been advising teams for nearly a decade in the areas of strategy, insights, and data analytics. I am currently working with the B2B data and marketing analytics in Legal & General (L&G) and I’m responsible for applying the three A’s (Access the data, Analyse and measure the ROI and Automate the outcomes). Prior to that, I worked for Compound Semiconductor Applications (CSA) Catapult. I was responsible of analysing not only what is happening in the semiconductor market, but why it’s happening and forecasting what is likely to happen. I also have extensive experience of working with global market intelligence companies and I have a proven track record of successfully delivering key insights and solutions that have helped international clients and SMEs to achieve specific goals and objectives such as: accelerating the commercialisation of new products, highlighting trends and identifying market opportunities, across multiple industries. My ability to analyse and communicate a wide range of data into meaningful and actionable strategic insights through storytelling and infographics has been a vital asset to motivating teams to thrive and produce high quality and impactful outcomes. In addition to my experience, I have completed a dual master’s degree in business administration and information management and so this combination has led to me acquiring a range of valuable attributes.
