Web Hosting Support:Offer advanced technical support for web hosting, including domain management, email services, and FTP.Troubleshoot and resolve issues like website performance problems and email delivery issues.Monitor web servers and proactively identify potential issues.Assist with website migrations and updates.Data Center Support:Provide technical support for data center operations, including servers, networking, and storage.Monitor equipment and ensure optimal data center performance.Troubleshoot hardware and network issues and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.End-User Support:Deliver advanced support to company users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.Assist with email, file sharing, and other productivity tools, and provide user training on IT systems.Support help desk team members with regular reporting (e.g., inventory, pending POs, weekly plans).Cloud & System Administration:Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud and on-premise systems.Monitor and secure infrastructure performance, optimize costs, and apply updates.Implement automation and backup strategies, ensuring robust disaster recovery.Ensuring stable, efficient, and secure IT environments across cloud, data center, and user systems daily.
