My job at Sign Industries was to learn Administrative task on how to manage the entire industry and improve internal business process. Additionally it is my task to assist the CEO in coming up with new strategies in order to achieve strategic advantage and explore new markets.

As the Astronomy coordinator my primary objective was to create or supervise monthly astronomy events. In order to achieve this, firstly I would conduct meetings with the Astronomy team and search for a good topic. Thereafter my team and I would conduct some research among family and friends in order to find out if this topic would interest them and the general public. If we receive a positive response then we would take the proposal to the higher committee and gain their approval. Furthermore, we would do publicity on posters, banners, social networks, school and make announcements in the mosque and also spread the message using word of mouth. As the leader It would be my responsibility to conduct extensive research on the topic selected in order to deliver qualitative information and knowledge to the crowd. Furthermore, we would conduct the event on an agreed location and finally provide a report to the higher committee on the success rate, accounts and profits.

As an assistant teacher my responsibilities included maintaining discipline among students, making daily updates on student attendance, assisting the main teacher in charge, clarifying and supporting students needs and teaching them in required subjects
