Key Responsibility-1) Leading 10-member Vehicle Occupant Integration team involved in implementing Occupant Integration, DFA and DFS activities in new automotive projects.2) Successfully completed Xylo, Maxximo, XUV500, TUV 300 and P601 projects.3) Conduct Jury evaluation and iterate various layout options on seating bucks; Develop new ergonomic simulation and check vehicle prototypes for all simulation correlation.4) Align Occupant Packing with Vehicle Integration deliverable and define Ergonomic & Occupant Integration targets; Capture ergonomic ratings of benchmark vehicle and simulate occupant package requirements in the vehicle ensuring occupant ergonomic targets are achieved in designing.5) Determine gaps in targets and draw action plans to achieve targets within program timing and design constraints; Communicate periodic status and achievement plans to senior management.

Key Responsibility- 1) Worked on vehicle integration involving design & development of 11 ton Medium Passenger Chassis and Medium Passenger Chassis with 4-cylinder Engine for City application, 142”WB tipper and Lynx mini bus2) Benchmarked products with competitors and finalized product specifications with the Marketing team3) Designed Chassis Layout, Engine Packaging and Frame Assembly Layout; checked possibility of new wheelbase variant; Involved in proto vehicle build, testing and evaluation with the Marketing team4) Prepared drawings for new parts development and supported pilot production build on an assembly line along with homologation documentation
