As the General Manager and Senior Civil Engineer at SEERO, a leading engineering consulting firm in Qatar, I oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex and innovative pavement engineering projects for various clients and stakeholders. I have a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool, where I specialized in pavement engineering and conducted advanced research on the characterization of bituminous materials.With over 14 years of experience in the field of civil and structural engineering, I have worked on several prestigious projects in Qatar and abroad, such as the development of the Mechanistic-Empirical Pavement Design Guide for the State of Qatar, the Qatar National Museum, and the New Orbital Highway. I have also contributed to the academic and professional community by publishing multiple papers in international journals, obtaining several certifications from reputable organizations, and becoming an Associate Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). My core competencies include project management, pavement design and analysis, material testing and calibration, and team leadership. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to solve challenging engineering problems and create sustainable and cost-effective solutions for the benefit of society and the environment.
