CurrentJob Role and Responsibilities:As a Client & Vendor Manager for Translators, my responsibilities included:Managing the entire client lifecycle, starting from project initiation, coordinating translation tasks, conducting quality checks, overseeing final output delivery, and handling project billing.Handling vendors by conducting training programs, allocating daily work, managing vendor invoices, and overseeing relationships with 40+ translation vendors.Supervising the Quality Team for Translations, which involved coordinating the work of 10+ proof-readers proficient in different regional languages. Additionally, ensuring complete quality compliance for major clients, including Kantar, Nielsen, Millward Brown, and JD Powers.Maintaining CSAT (Client Satisfaction) reports for both clients and vendors to measure and improve service quality.Organizing the annual planner, which includes financial targets, vendor appraisal schemes, and team KPI (Key Performance Indicators) performance evaluation.Identifying and securing new clients and business ventures to expand the company's portfolio.
