❖ Preparing system invoice & export invoice.❖ Applying for the Certificate of Origin (COO) from the Dubai Chamber for each shipment.❖ Arranging transportation for shipments.❖ Preparing shipment and conformity certificates (Saber) through the SASO portal.❖ Maintain product Saber & SFDA certifications for regulated products.❖ Registering food items on the Dubai Municipality (DM) portal.❖ Preparing export health certificate for food products from DM portal.❖ Making export documents and coordinate with border agents for exit bayan.❖ Matching the system invoice, export invoice & exit documents for Vat documentation.❖ Tracking export vehicle until destination.❖ Verifying and payment processing of import bayans.❖ Collecting exit documents from border document clearance agent.❖ Ensuring the GRN in the destination & Monthly reconciliation including monthly balance with branches.❖ Approve the transporter payment and make sure it is properly allocated to the concerned location.❖ Updating and sharing container tracking to all concerned.❖ Coordinate with the accounts to ensure the inward invoice booking.❖ Keeping detailed records of expenses incurred for each consignment, calculating the percentage of expenses, and ensuring their inclusion in cost calculations.

❖Receiving purchase orders and creating sale order against LPOs.❖Updating stock list and sending to sales executives.❖Delivery follow up and Coordination.❖Internal stock transfers and POS Sale posting.❖Ensuring adequate support to E-Commerce executives.❖Customer creation after verifying necessary documents and trade license.❖Proper communication of customer’s queries and executives queries.❖Sending of Customer Statements.❖Creating e gate pass for sales executives and Jafza inbound deliveries.❖Act as intermediary between Sales, Finance and Marketing team.❖Resolving and communicating customer issues with respected authorities.❖Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.❖Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.❖Working with Sales Planners and Sales Managers to assist and support in their daily responsibilities.❖Sharing daily sales reports to managements.❖Preparing Daily, Monthly, MIS and annual Reports.

❖ GST return preparation and filing❖ Posting of Cash & Bank Receipts and Payments.❖ Maintaining account ledgers❖ Handling books of accounts up to finalization ❖ Reconciliation of books of accounts❖Posting the incoming /Outgoing payments in the system.❖Posting journal entries in SAP.
