Project Engineer
Current Setting scope:Performing Master Plans with top management and addressing long term visions and projects, and preparing kick-off meetings and supporting stakeholders with practical solutions. Forecasting and budgeting:Managing CAPEX (Capital Expenditures) and submitting project concept documents for budget approval, breaking down projects to detailed components and items, and estimating cost for each phase, tracking and reviewing projects credits periodically, and created professional system for following spending and commitment. Scheduling, planning:Launching projects work plans, time schedules and Gantt charts to achieve the desired target using Primavera or MS Project, Defining projects critical path, anticipating deviations and planning corrective actions respecting deadlines. Organizing resources:Utilizing all resources (manpower, material, machinery and money). Understanding design & technical specifications:- Initiating and evaluating theoretical designs for infrastructures, processing and warehouses buildings (civil & steel structures, drainage, ventilation, lighting, cables).- Sizing and installation of new machinery and utilities systems (production lines, compressors, generators, transformers, pumps, cooling towers, chillers, boilers).- Designing piping networks and creating P&ID drawings, testing and supervision of welding and mounting (black steel, stainless steel, polypropylene, poly ethylene).- Installing and testing fire fighting and fire alarm systems.- Preparing tenders, requirements and BOQs, and providing recommendations not to under spec neither over spec targeted product, material or services.- Drawing AutoCAD layouts in 2D and 3D. Supervising field activities. Reporting.Presenting project progress and delivering reports and tracking tools to top management regularly. Project closing.Confirming satisfactory completion of the project, and signing final acceptance. Developing: Creating and managing KPIs.
