GASCO:I have been in GASCO fields for Helpdesk Support. During the period GASCO I have worked on all applications used in oil field like Maximo, Smart stream, Travel System, etc. Worked Windows 2000 and all kind of hardware problems. I have been in 2 sites of GASCO Buhasa and Asab.(Outsource from MDS).ADEZ:Have been working in system and technical support department in Abu Dhabi Education Zone (ADEZ) on E-learning project. Deployment of Remote Boot Clients through BXP (remote boot administration software) Installation and configuration of different client-server based software like I-Net & Sakhr Database Composer on remote boot clients. Management and configuration of DTK SH2W-P Vista Pro Servers Management. Visiting different schools solving reported problems by teachers.ADCO:Worked in ADCO on contract basis for migration of Windows XP in all fields and main office. I was the first in the team to start the migration of XP in the company with support of ADCO IT. User data and profile backup, installation of OS and setup users profile and transferring of data to users new computers.Worked on technical side on Compaq PC's specially hardware and software installation, migration and all kind of troubleshooting.Worked on installation of server racks and operating system, software and hardware work on cluster installation & external storage.
