• Day to day Management of Gas Processing Plant operations such as personnel work scheduling, facilitating and approving key logistics and supplies, monitoring of periodic cost profile, profitability and KPIs• Ensure a safety culture at the gas plant to achieve zero Loss Time Injury (LTI), Accident or Fatality• Work collaboratively with sales and marketing team to grow the customer base of the company• Organizational policy implementation• Development of growth plans and Management of the plant's Profit & Loss Accounts

• Coordination/management of all oilfield wireline logging operations particularly in brownfields to offer effective but low cost solutions to well productivity challenges• Communicated effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions to Oil and Gas Well productivity problems• Management/support of field operations and logistics• Scheduled work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations,employee breaks, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations• Equipment procurement and logistics supervision
