Handle complete books of accounts independently up to finalization with zero error tolerance including books of transaction, AP, AR, fixed assets, GL and other related jobs. Monitor all general ledgers accounts together and its supporting transaction documents. Handle reconciliations & collections of due account receivable on regular basis including follow ups. Confirmation of inter-company accounts, vendors balances & clearing accounts transactions. Develop accounts receivables cycle, payables, fixed assets register & capital expenditure.Streamline process and procedures to attain greater efficiency in workflow and deliverables. Maintain up to date books of accounts including its documentation.Uphold awareness of applicable laws and regulations to maintain up to date compliance.Accounts Receivable Tasks: - Supervising 6 Cashiers & accountants in 6 showrooms and monitor all cash, checks & Visa - Costing of Spare parts from Autoline to SAP - Monitoring Spare parts sales hubs with monthly selling report & inter-company invoices.- AR Reconciliation & confirmation of balances with daily follow up with customers - Respond to all customers refunds and sales process inquiries. - Co ordination with dealers & fleet customers reviewing the contracts & payment cycle. - Respond to the external/Internal auditing and engaged in Tax inspection process.Accounts Payable Tasks: - Review, verify invoices and check requests- Sort, code and match invoices and set invoices up for payment- Enter and upload invoices into system- Track expenses and process expense reports- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records- Prepare analysis of accounts- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, issues & maintain vendor files
