•Ensure configuration, maintenance, proper functioning and output of WV and Oogw’s centralized DHIS2.•Ensure other data systems used by projects are well configured, maintained and proper functioning.•Provide guidance and supervise technical integration of all non-DHIS2 data systems to ensure data is submitted into the centralized DHIS2 repository.•Back-and front-end support of the WV data warehouse and other data managementsystems: Quality assurance of DHIS2 and other data management systems across all projects and data warehouse Add modules as needed.•Facilitate requirements gathering and system design process for existing and upcoming project's data systems•Build in-country capacity in DHIS 2 configuration, development and technical support•Manage the technical and non-technical documentation of WV’s data warehouse and other systems.•Analyze systems performance, identify challenges and troubleshoot.•Produce regular reports Develop interoperability / data exchange between DHIS 2 and other systems.•Collaborate to solve problems with JADE, DATIM and IPRS users Have deliverables of Monthly data from DHIS2 and other data management systems, along with assessment of data quality to explain the completeness and quality of the data.•Facilitate training of relevant projects staff on data access and use in DHIS2 and other data systems.•Liaise with members of the M&E team to coordinate and streamline information systems, mapping and project mHealth initiatives with M&E, Research and Learning.•Build in country capacity in data visualization and data use for decision using DHIS2 and other systems e.g. PowerBI•Support the M&E team in the review of the current tools in DHIS2 to optimise and boost performance both in data collection, management and visualisation.

•Review project activities at key intervals to enable participatory feedback mechanism to project plan and implementation.•Participate in health assessments and/or final evaluations of the project, as required. (Guidance on this is expected from SCI)•Supervise and guide the project field team in planning and implementation of activities.•Identify input required for implementation of project activities and follow up on timely delivery with program support in the field and head office.•Develop and implement on-site and office technical supervision and procedures to verify and control the technical correctness, quality and timeliness of Nutrition interventions work undertaken by project team.•Ensuring Save the Children Quality Bench Marks and WHO/UNICEF nutrition standard are strictly adhered.Budget Management:•Assist the Health Programme Manager in managing Nutrition project budget, including regular monitoring of expenditure against budget, in accordance with Save the Children financial procedures and guidelines.•Assist the Programme manage to develop a clear work and expenditure plan and ensure that the programme is implemented within the agreed/approved budget.Coordination and Collaboration•When the Health Programme Manager is not present, represent Save the Children at coordination and technical meetings with local government, donors, UN and other NGO in Puntland.•In collaboration with the Health Programme Manager ensure that issues arising from SC's participation in health programming are aired across all stakeholder forums.•Network with other INGOs and Donors working in health in Puntland•With guidance from the Health Programme Manager, ensure that all information on health implementation, policy networking or other communications with SC staff, management and external interlocutors is passed in a complete, accurate and timely manner•Seek and promote linkages, integration, and learning between SC programs in Puntland

•Along with the CHANGE Health Project Manager, ensure effective start up, management, implementation, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of the project, as it pertains to specific HMIS -M&E matters•Develop comprehensive training plan, and accordingly organize HMIS training to MOH service providers at the health facilities.•Provide on the job training to Health service providers on the HMIS data collection, data entry and facility reporting•Support the collection and review of health facilities information, identifying potential gaps and inconsistencies, through supportive supervision to selected health facilities, and quarterly data review and feedback meetings with facility staff and MoH counterparts.•Participate in any consultative processes around HMIS roll out in Puntland and collaborate with District and Regional HMIS officers.•Prepare and submit timely and regular reports to Project Manager on the achievements and progress of the HMIS aspects of the CHANGE project•Conduct regular Assessments and Reviews of HMIS/M&E activities of the project.•Support the development and implementation of clear, practical M&E plans.•Support health project teams – through regular meetings and on the job support – to gather, collate, and analysis monitoring data, as well as to report on findings from monitoring activities.•Participate in the development of templates and guidelines for data gathering, collation and reporting in liaison with programme managers and coordinators.•Coordinate and share learning related to M&E practices at the health facilities and community levels.

•Conduct program awareness community meetings at the beginning of the project in the project targeted communities.•Organize community public meetings and facilitate VRC selection.•To encourage and stimulate community members to organize for action aimed at solving their problems and to plan, implement and monitoring action that they define themselves.•To assist program officer to verify the suitability of the livelihood option with market assessment in the targeted community.•To encourage and stimulate full participation by all community members: with special attention those who are usually forgotten, women, marginalized, and over looked in the community decision making.

•Improving basic preventive health care at community level with emphasis health, immunization, health and nutrition services•Conduct & undertake PHC like consultation & provide proper treatment based on the protocol•Strengthening of early referrals mechanism.•The health and nutrition Officer will help facilitate admission of the patient at the OTP, and SC.•Train and support the HEWs in severe acute malnutrition case management and follow-up (e.g., referral to SC) according to national guidelines•Train and support community-based volunteer health workers for the implementation of the community component of the project.•Ensure each and every admitted child receives adequate and quality clinical and nutritional care through existing resources.•Ensure at all times adequately equipped and supplied with the necessary nutritional and clinical requirements – Plump nut, Vitamin A, routine drugs, nutritional equipment’s, nutritional/medical stationeries, etc
