Documentation review includes method statement, test packs, Gas Game (Permit Requirement) etc.coordinating with other disciplines, operation & maintenance, engineering & contractors.Successfully completed SEC (Syngas Effluent Coolers) shutdown & Turn Around 2018 as “Field Coordinator” and appreciated by SHELL TA team and Acid Tank Upgrade Fast Track Project, LPU Wax Backflow Protection Project, ETP Cluster Project and monitoring the ongoing medium size expansion projects.

Monitoring the sub-contractor’s piping construction activities of contractors includes erection,testpack clearance & testing activites by co-ordinating with Engg.dept,QC dept.& Commissioning`dept.of YemGas and with YLNG representatives.Executing the piping construction activities of PAU areas (Pre Assembled Units/Modules by Larsen & Toubro, India) which includes erection,testing and punch clearance activities before testing/mechanical acceptance by co-ordinating with QC dept.,Engg.dept.& Commissioning dept. of Technip, Contractors and ADGAS representatives.Activities included are planning,fabrication,installation,testing of tie-in points (heavy wall thick piping) further includes 28” valves testing,blinding,deblinding activities & leak tests with operation personnel.

Worked as Site Manager in executing the piping and equipments work of integration facilities to SMS (Steel Melting Shop). The job includes 1,20,000 inch dia piping of Pipe Rack, U/G piping, piping inside the existing plant, pump room, compressor room, Gravel filter area, chiller area of process water station, gas stations and SMS Bay piping etc & 1500 Ton Integration equipments of above said areas. Further, 30 staff approx. were working under self in planning Dept. Drawing Dept., Material Handling Dept. piping Fabrication & Erection Dept., and equipment Erection Dept. etc.Worked as Site Manager for SFCCL site in 15 MTPD liquid Resin & Dryer Unit project included structural & equipment erection, piping fabrication & erection, painting and roof sheeting works etc. and Four months SHUT DOWN PROJECT of FORMALDEHYDE PLANT was successfully completed as per schedule included 100 ton structural erection, 180 ton equipment erection, Painting & Commissioning activities inside the existing plant includes15,000 inch dia piping fabrication & erection of C.S&S.S.
