Strong knowledge of Product Quality and Process in the manufacture of Fiber Cement Boards, Calcium Silicate Boards & ceiling tiles.Designing and altering the furnish of the product as per requirement to meet required quality standards.Proficient in tests like Gravimetric Analysis, Dimensions, Moisture, Density, Water absorption, Wet-Dry dimension shrinkage, Flexural strength, Impact Strength of the dry walls & Ceiling tiles (Fiber cement board and Calcium Silicate board).Proficient with the Hatschek Process and related Quality concerns.Experience in the operation and working principles of all quality related equipment like UTM, Scooper Riegler, SSA Blaine, etc.Prepare documents such as Quality assurance plan, Standard operating procedures, Work instruction, and Installation check list.Ensure implementation of QC management system and verify that the quality related activities are in accordance to the same.Visit customer locations to handle complaints related to product quality and provide viable solutions.Analyze customer feedbacks and implementing corrective actions to improve product quality.Conduct intermediate checks and surprise inspections on laboratory personal to identify potential risks and implement corrective actions. Record maintain & track the available stock of the product.Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem solving ability.
