Later on I was given the responsibility of Area in charge for the Finishing house and then for the Paper machineHandled different types of critical issues related to maintenance and learned while working with those issuesMajor accomplishment during this period is working on Vacuum fans. Failure of these fans causing Paper machine monthly downtime by 45 hours against 9.3 hours budgeted. These are very high speed fans (6000 rpm) and used to fail quite often.
