Handling Contests for all the channels (Procurement of Gift Item which include All Electronic Item, Customize product, Vehicle, Travel voucher etc…)• Managing contest for all the channels within the stipulated time lines.• Ensuring 100% procurement of rewards for individual contest conducted by sales channel.• Coordinating with multiple vendors for taking quotes and doing Negotiation with them for earning great financial benefits.• Ensuring proper distribution of rewards to the contest qualifiers within the TAT.• Preparing costing sheet for all contest & sharing with the respective Channels. • Checking of Approvals and agreements before releasing funds to vendors. Stationery Management.• Coordinating with sales channel to get the product mix and branch allocation to start the procurement of Collateral.• Coordinating with printer and the logistic partner to ensure production and the dispatches of marketing collateral within the TAT.• Post the dispatches publish the dispatch detail to all branches.

Procurement of non IT product• Processing all the Order for New – OLD Branches / Spokes / HNI as per Requirement and Standard. • Co- ordination with Infrastructure Dept, Facilities and Branches for Procurement of Equipment.Deliveries and installation of non IT equipment:• Follow up with Vendors for on time Delivery and Installation.• Co-ordination with Vendors for Replacement or Repair of faulty Equipments. Vendor payment:• Processing all Vendor bill as per Vendor check list.• Responsible for Payments of all the Vendors as per TAT.Preparing MIS Report:• Coordinate with the all new and old branches for GRN report.• Created a Supplier Master – Material Master File. In the process got in touch with almost all the suppliers and was a very informative process for me.
