I started my career in marketing and then moved on as a programmer and worked at different levels of coding cycles.My competency can be scaled in c,c++,Java,oracle. In the process of my career growth I entered computer networking and built my core competency on Cisco and checkpoint products.Having expertise in implementation and teaching the technology I followed my passion for teaching and started Mohan's networking institute.My profile of work allows me to teach wide range of people from freshers to working professionals in the same group .Teaching is not only building domain specific skill but also involves the responsibility of mentor ship in various aspects like building confidence,motivation and personality development and that's what I achieved and continue to do so.
