working as a product engineer for Thermal oxidizers (RTO) which are used for VOC abatement in automobile, chemical and pharma industries. • Design and sizing of Thermal oxidizers based on the customer requirement, preparing project schedules for engineering, drawings, bought out specifications. • Responsible for making thermal oxidisers proposal layouts. • Working with sales and process team in making proposals for Thermal oxidizers for the required capacity. • Vendor drawing checking.• Assigning jobs to team members for making fabrication, arrangement drawings, outline and load drawing and checking of the drawings• Preparing specifications for various bought out items and technically evaluating the various offers received from Vendors. • Visiting fabrication shop to solve fabrication issues. • Serves as company liaison communicating with vendors, suppliers and customer service personnel. • To attend meeting with vendors for offer negotiation and post order clarifications. • Responsible for reviewing the proposal documents and providing necessary bill of quantities to proposal.

• Responsible for complete project for a product start from the Proposal, Design, Engg. Detailing, drawing correction, Vendor drawing approval, Releasing purchase Requisitions for the kiln equipment's.• Carrying out Drive mechanism up gradation for retrofit jobs.• Based on the load conditions selecting suitable PUMP, Motor & Auxiliary drives.• Handling the site and shop queries. If required visiting site for technical discussion and trouble shooting.• Checking and Issuing of manufacturing and fabrication jobs.• Responsible for maintaining & improving the level of quality in work at all working conditions.• Maintaining the man hour utilization
