• Initiated Google Analytics + to track user consumption of information throughout CARE website and generate user behavior and acquisition reports. Built key knowledge management platform, CARE Evaluations Library, and optimized user experience by implementing features on the website.• Integrated and updated progress reports on projects involving humanitarian aid, emergency response, and gender equality development in the Middle East and North Africa. Created website content on major CARE platforms to distribute information to CARE International team members and the public.• Produced executive summaries distilled from program end-line reports and rapid gender analyses. Scored over 40 past projects and evaluated their impact in the Middle East and North Africa and Asia as part of the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) process.• Assessed the performance of 27 past projects and used MAXQDA to investigate the consistent reasons for failure, identified core factors including partnership coordination and delivery, design and implementation, and staff capacity.
