To improve the process of talent acquisition and to provide right resources at the right time with End to End recruitment.Based to recruitment review, maintaining daily MIS report to get transparency about open position to be closed in TAT.Sourcing of candidates in Campus hiring, bulk hiring, coordinating with college placement cell to hire fresh talents. Also through Naukri, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn etc.Arranging and coordinating interview with Business unit head via Ms Teams, Zoom or Direct. Preparing salary structure to the selected candidates and followups of the candidates till On-boarding them.

 Responsible for End to End Recruitment process (including Permanent, C2H & Contract position).  Worked as Technical Recruitment both Domestic and international Staffing (India, US, Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil & Argentina) process, skilled at sourcing and screening the candidates.  Sourcing new candidates in recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn (Premium, Xray search & Recruitment Geek) and Job portals such as Ceipal (internal DB), Dice, Monster, Naukri, internet/web searches and employee referrals to generate candidate leads.  Taking care of recruitment activities such as Salary negotiation, Document verification for new joiners, Issuing offer/appointment letter and also an adverse exposure working on sourcing the profiles in contract (C2C) based and full time (W2, 1099) requirements.  Finding active and passive candidates using proactive sourcing methods, high touch direct sourcing and networking to find top candidates for current and future openings.

 Gained expertise in Job analysis, Screening, Recruitment, Selection implementing organizational strategies to enhance organizational efficiency.  Work extensively with Recruitment Tool - Naukri, Monster and so on Free Portals.  Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in person interviews.  Experienced in taken care and maintaining of Employee’s Attendance Records and Personal files.
