I am responsible for Quality & Production Engineer in electrical department. I had experience in product Quality Inspection and incoming materials Quality Inspection and make report for ITP & NC report for in process and supplier and ERP update for materials.Conduct inspections and testing of products at various stages of production to ensure quality standards are met.Analyze data from inspections and tests to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement.Investigate quality issues and perform root cause analysis to determine the underlying causes of defects.Maintain thorough documentation of quality processes, inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.Ensure that products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.Analyze customer feedback and warranty claims to identify quality issues and drive corrective actions.Evaluate and monitor supplier quality performance and work with suppliers to resolve quality issues.

Assembly Role:• Prepare Documents for Production Planning to create work order, Store Forms.• Maintain Stores records and purchase out off stock materials then Find the suppliers for the components. • Assemble PCB boards using soldering gun, soldering station to solder SMT components and integrate otherassembles parts like Servo motor, LED'S, Battery, Sensor as per production flow.• After assemble done write software and test the device.• Perform Charging and Discharging of battery and device.• Check device after assemble to follow functional test methods.• Maintain Testing ICT parameters documents and prepare Traceability and testing Documents.• Prepare documents for Goods Receive and Quality Inspection documents for buying components.• Maintain daily, Monthly Preventive Maintenance records for Production Equipment’s and maintain its records.Quality Assurance Role:• Analyze test results to predict user behavior, conduct functional testing, identify problem areas, add them to a tracking system and suggest solutions to minimize problems.• Work closely with product development and testing teams to ensure timely delivery of the project.• Keep track of quality metrics and maintain the test documentation.• Verify that the final product meets the requirement.• Analyze product features and suggest changes to enhance them to make them more efficient and user friendly.• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, standards and regulations.

Good rework skills (L3 & L4) on soldering and de soldering of electronic SMD component like BGA, Capacitors, resistors etc.-1.Troubleshooting the defective mother boards of Failed phones by using various Equipment’s and clearing the defects through reworking. 2.Reworking of Chip components like O4O2, O2O1, ASIP & ASIC components.3.Verifying the Tape boards by using LCR meter to check the Component Values & placement.4.Knowledge on Schematic tracking, problem locating and shortcut analyzing skills.5.Good knowledge on soldering techniques and its various defects.6.Supporting for New Products Implementation in Lines.7.Good Knowledge in Analyzing the Electronic Circuits.8.Maintain process procedures and work instructions for all printed circuit board assembly operations.9.Preparing Failure Analysis Reports to highlight issues to Top level management.10.Good knowledge on Quality of electronic components and their functions.11.Assembling various parts of mobiles like LCD, Speaker, and Audio Jack connector

• Experience in servicing Sony mobile and Set Top Box.• Analyze the issue and identify the defective part and replace the defective component in STB.• Experience in Faulty MPEG Technology Set Top box. Check the quality of repairing & other quality issues.• Reporting number of instruments serviced in which passed and scrap list.• Troubleshooting for different hardware components of PCB's (Physically, Functionally, Electrically)• Modify the testing method or responsibilities for increasing the output ratio by three times and Decrease the cost of repairing and also trying to decreases the scrap ratio.

• Performs on-site, off-site calibration in Temperature of equipment checks and signs calibration certificates as instructed by superior.• Prepares the necessary documents for the equipment's before and after calibration.• Error Analysis and provide opinions and interpretations on results of calibration certificates.• Make daily reports regarding the services of measuring machines submitted to immediate superior.• Provides opinions and interpretations on results of Calibration Certificates.
