Worked in all hierarchial positions at practically all banking functions in Bank of Baroda for almost 40 years and retired as General Manager on 31st May 2007. Opened 100%subsidiary of the Bank in Botswana in 2000 and had visited various counties for official duty and training.For last 6 years,working as Advisor in I.A.R.C. Visiting faculty in management institutions for M.B.A. students in Mumbai and in banks' training institutions.Recently completed an assignment in Vietnam as the International Consultant to recommend changes to improve performance of the asset management company,the100% owned company by Govt. of Vietnam.Working as Chairman of Finance and banking Commitee of Chamber of small Industry Associations(COSIA),india
