Manager Tendering at Tata Projects Ltd

1. Evaluating enquiry / tender document and file the application for tenders through e-tendering (online)/offline. 2. Participating in the tenders by verifying the bid capacity and pre-qualification criteria of the tender.3. Preparation of detailed Project Synopsis /Responsibility Matrix of the tender to be bid.4. Preparing Costing (MEPF & Utilities Works for D&B type EPC project like Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Airport, IT, Hospital, Statue, Museum and Industrial), Rate Analysis, Basic Budget and Comparative Statement.5. Responsible for preparation of Techno-Commercial proposal as well as project cost estimation as per tender requirement.6. Collaborating with Delivery Heads in identifying right team and getting solution experts and delivery teams to develop the solution, estimates, schedules and technical responses to complete the proposal.7. Ensures compliance with all relevant aspects of Solution Design and Delivery process, business control, reviews and a timely closure of Approvals before Bid submission. 8. Complete the techno-commercial evaluation, discussion and negotiations with the vendors / sub-contractors in order to procure within cost, quality and time.

Preparation of detailed Project Synopsis /Responsibility Matrix of the tender to be bid.5. Preparing approval notes for tender processing fees, B.G for EMD and Performance guarantee.6. Documentation of the Annexure/Appendix required for pre-qualification and bidding the tender.7. Prepare Rate Analysis, Basic Budget and Comparative Statement.8. Responsible for preparation of Techno-Commercial proposal as well as project cost estimation as per tender requirement.9. Producing high quality responses against RFPs/ RFQs/ RFIs/ EOIs for Complex and / or multibrand opportunities in Government, PSU and Private sectors in Application Development and Maintenance Projects. 10. Collaborating with Delivery Heads in identifying right team and getting solution experts and delivery teams to develop the solution, estimates, schedules and technical responses to complete the proposal.11. Ensures compliance with all relevant aspects of Solution Design and Delivery process, business control, reviews and a timely closure of Approvals before Bid submission. 12. Complete the techno-commercial evaluation, discussion and negotiations with the vendors / sub-contractors in order to procure within cost, quality and time.

1. Scrutiny of tender documents, Scope of Work, BOQ, drawings & Project schedules.2. Responsible for preparation of Techno-Commercial proposal as well as project cost estimation as per tender requirement.3. Floating Inquiries/ RFQ's to Vendors/ Subcontractor, follow-up & collection of quotations to estimate the cost of supply.4. Responsible for Tender compilation with necessary documents and submission within stipulated time.5. Preparation of Pre-Qualification documents, Technical data sheets, Commercial Documents etc.6. Maintaining Communication with client through pre bid meetings as well as by addressing technical and commercial queries for clarifications.7. Maintaining Tender Database, Preparing Reports & Keeping records, etc.8. Chasing floated inquiries for getting quotations.9. Making comparative statements & selection of supplier & subcontractor to be considered for estimation purpose.

1. Design of Firefighting system as per Indian and foreign Standards and Code.  2. Working on Detail Engineering documents and drawing for required projects. 3. Preparation of Design Basis Report and O & M manual for system.     4. Preparation of Project scheduling of Fire Fighting Systems.  5. Coordinating  with  client,  consultant,  Suppliers  and  site  for  design  and documents approval as per the project requirements. 6. Review / Assess technical Specification, BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and Drawings. 7. Scrutiny  of  tender  documents,  Scope  of  Work,  BOQ,  drawings  &  Project schedules. 8. Responsible  for  preparation  of  Techno‐Commercial  proposal   as  well  as  project cost estimation as per tender requirement. 9. Floating  Inquiries/  RFQ's  to  Vendors/  Subcontractor,  follow‐up  &  collection  of quotations to estimate the cost of supply. 10. Prepare  inquiry  documents  about  commercial  standards,  technical specifications, BOQs and Drawings & as per the project requirements. 11. Review  vendors and  suppliers  quotations  to  determine  best  price  and  deliver date. 12. Attain  and  Participate  in  staff  meetings,  provide  analysis  on  the  budget  of various  projects.  Inspect  and  approves  various  activities  required  at  different phases of work for project completion. 13. I  also  handle  the  complete  project  activities  of  techno  commercial negotiations, interacting with dealers and PO preparations. 14. Maintain various files on specifications and various data required for project & Makes continuous improvement in all accepts of project executions. 15. Provide  assistance  to  field  engineering  and  field  installation  personnel  during the  site  start  up  and  commissioning  phase,  both  remotely  from  office and  on site.
