Gather and compile information regarding the disaster triggers, causes and losses suffered. Collect learnings from the provincial governments and non-government sectors. Reviewed all district DPRP and visited the related PEOC & DEOCs. Collect recommendations for policy improvements and any decision required for disaster preparedness and response for days ahead. Carried out province level review, reflection and validation consultation workshop including MoIAL ministry. Generate a quality report on the findings and process and submitted to NDRRMA and UNDP, CDRMP.
