Managed Facility operations & Projects as a Senior Manager at NetApp India with a responsibility of managing the Data center & Lab along with other facility operations & maintenance, project management & lease management. Responsibility includes the effective maintenance plan with zero down time of all critical equipment’s & systems by following best industry practices, proactive maintenance measures to avoid unplanned maintenance. Responsible for planning of infrastructure projects by effective interaction with design consultants, stake holders & internal customers for the timely execution of the projects. Active interaction with space planning team for the timely delivery of projects based on the business needs.

Worked as Head of Operations in Senior Manager position at Sapient & managed the complete facility operations of Bangalore facility & later managed offices at Gurgaon & Noida also. Managed Facility operations, Streamlined the transport services across India sapient offices for 3000 transport users & improved the transport services, Introduced many initiatives like Go-Green, food festivals, customer satisfaction surveys, café committees, support function quarterly meetings, R&R initiatives etc. Streamlined the security operations & formulated the SOPs & controlling. Planned & built 80K Sft of warm shell interior fit-out works for office expansion. Actively involved in the design & execution of the project. Managed the purchase management. Worked on helpdesk ticketing- Worked closely with IT team for the effective ticketing process implementation across all offices in sapient. Defined CTI (category, Type, Item) for all OS functions with SLAs. Implemented the ISO-27001 at Sapient for security systems process control. Responsible for implementing strong security operating process to ensure zero non conformance.

Responsibilities include the effective facility operations for zero down time of all critical equipment’s, Space planning for all SAP Lab offices, infrastructure refurbishment works etc.

Joined the company when the company started building their new campus at Whitefield, Bangalore. Managed the entire services of campus which include HT/LT electrical systems, AC systems, PHE systems, STP plants, UPS systems etc. Managed in the absence any PMC team directly from company. Later taken over the responsibilities of facility administration & managed security, HK, Logistics, events etc. successfully

Joined the company when the construction of the food processing industry started. Involved in the installation of all food processing equipment’s imported from Japan along with other support services like DG sets, STP plant, Boilers, forced ventilation, AC plant etc.Worked with Japanese team & installed two lines of noodle manufacturing food process equipment’s. Also installed the supporting equipment’s required for the food processing
