Immediately after completing my National Service I was invited to start work in CSA as a Field Service Engineer, in the year 1992. I held many portfolios during my 24 years tour of duty in CSA/CSC/CTC. Started my career as an engineer, later rose to be a Senior System Engineer, then a Team Leader and took office as a Service Centre Manager for Intel division in the year 1999. During this period I attained many technical certifications and performance awards from both the customer and our senior management. In appreciation of the excellent performance, CSA sponsored me to continue my academic studies for three years which includes the trip to Bradford University in the United kingdom. In the year 2004 I received my 1st Class Hons. Degree in Bachelor of Science in Computing with Management. I’m goal-driven and energetic forward thinker, unpinned by steady-advancing responsibilities within the company. Proven ability to accelerate yearly Services revenue, elevate Service contract margins and productivity via creation & implementing work automation tools. Superior record of delivering simultaneous, large-scale, mission critical projects on time and within budget. I’m a proactive leader, coach, and mentor; quickly gain employee confidence while utilizing their talent and knowledge to achieve the goals for the company. Last quarter of 2015, was requested to lead the Services Sales Team, on top of managing Healthcare account, few Strategic Accounts and entire Service Delivery for CTC Global Private Limited.
