Hanon is an established global automotive supplier of eco friendly, high efficiency thermal & energy management solutions products like Radiators, Evaporators, HVAC system, Compressors with head quarter in Daejeon, South Korea. Hanon has global footprint catering all major automotive OEM’s with manufacturing locations across the globe. Currently I am responsible for South Asia regional SCM & below are my R&R:• Manage regional supply chain activities – Master Data System (BOM/Vendor/Customer), Inventory management, Packaging engineering, Freight, Customs & Product launch support activities.• Accountable towards project transitions, process management, resource utilization, drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet the organization objectives & deliverable.• Prepare / manage Freight & Duty budget for South Asia region. Closely work with plants to support regular operations, meet customer schedules & presenting the performance status to the leadership.• Formulating operational strategies in line with the organization requirements to ensure effective resource planning & strong business continuity plan covering global time zones.• Drive cost saving initiatives with proactive approach in providing effective packaging/logistics solutions, customs compliance, inventory reallocation/redistribution.• Review customer feedback, complete the root cause analysis to identify gaps & take corrective measures to ensure customer satisfaction. • Strong team management, effective performance review, identify individual development plans, mentoring & provide training.• Provided functional support during implementation & launch of ERP System (QAD & SAP) for manufacturing locations & have strong exposure to Mainframe application, QAD, SAP & internal applications like PLM, IRIS.,• Support in meeting the process compliance (Internal / External) audit requirements.• Contributed towards receipt of AEO (Authorized Export Operator) Tier 3 credential for Hanon Chennai plant.

• I was responsible for managing an account for a leading computer manufacturer in North America. Managed a team of support engineers to provide technical support through remote access & customer service support through e-mail & voice support. Involved effectively towards team management, process transition, implementation with strong understanding of client requirements to ensure that all KPI’s are achieved.

• CITL is an ISO 9001 certified system integration organization with manufacturing facility in Bangalore and regional offices in all metros. I was heading the business operations for Chennai region with my KPI as revenue, profitability & strong customer satisfaction. Was instrumental in organising road shows, winning business on system integration (Hardware & Software) and networking setup for major clients like IGCAR, HTL, Business Process Outsourcing operations and leading educational institutions.

• Comptech Electronics was manufacturing computer monitors (monochrome & color) and computer add on cards supplying to the major system integrators like Altos, Sterling computers , ECIL, Microland, etc., I started my career as a production engineer, involved in manufacturing layout setup, responsible for production planning and control operations. Involved towards effective production process improvements using lean manufacturing concepts, analysing customer feedback, proactive approach towards corrective action plans to meet on time delivery of the products to our customers. Worked closely with marketing team to determine the forecast, materials requirement planning, resource planning to meet the demands and in handling critical situation of the business operations. Had exposure towards regulatory requirements in imports and exports of the products.
