• Currently leading the technology engagements across Middle East where the role primarily focuses on ensuring client success through technology solutions with direct interaction with clients, partners, IT suppliers and internal commercial, technology and operation teams. • Responsible for defining technology landscape/architecture and strategy of the Air Miles/MRP loyalty programs run in the Middle East to reduce cost & increase operational efficiency, work closely with product teams to develop and enhance products/systems to meet business needs. • Managing E-2-E technology operations across departments like IT, Call Centre, Marketing, Rewards, Finance & Data Analytics. This includes providing system and program training to clients, partners, internal business stakeholders and operations team also laying out operation processes/guidelines.• Responsible for improving customer experience within the loyalty programs by redefining the member journeys and providing seamless omni-channel experience. • Articulate requirements for technology projects based on the strategy defined by business stakeholders, define project scope, review project design, finalize solution architecture and lead the technology projects until delivery and sign off.
