30 plus years of experience in different facets of managing Software Development in various hardware(Mainframe, Intel platforms) and software platforms (Mainframe, Windows, and Unix), with special emphasis (about 15 years) in Software Product Engineering in Financial Domain. Performance Engineering of Software product in high end transaction processing is of my interest - scalability, availability, multiple database support, SQL performance analysis, application performance tuning, and simulator development to do performance testing. I have effectively performed the role of managing the teams and technical architect role in projects which i have handled. Depending on the necessity i have switched my hats of team and delivery management to technical architect role seamlessly. Even today, i am passionate in doing technical architecture work(Client Server, Web) and do coding in different technologies. I like mentoring people and can spot talents in individuals. This helps me motivate and bring the best out of individuals and groom them to take additional responsibilities and taken them to the next level.
