• Preparing the Self-Healing report on daily, weekly & Monthly basis for process improvement data in Alert Ticketing.• Preparing the Event Outage report on daily & Weekly & Monthly basis for process improvement in Incident Ticketing Outage.• Preparing the Initial Notification KPI report on Weekly & Monthly basis for process improvement in Incident Ticketing Outage.• Communicating with All External Partners with No Outage Notification data by daily & weekly identifying the error counts to be reduced.• Communicating with All External Partners with Initial Notification KPI data by weekly identifying the error counts to be reduced.• Communicating with All External Partners with Customer Communication Quality Check data by daily & weekly identifying the error counts to be reduced.• Consolidating All external Partners data of No Outage Notification & Initial Notification KPI with remarks & preparing the staff level Summary report to Management Team.• And checking the daily in process PID & Error Cancellation in Ticketing Tool.• Analyzing the alert tickets for trouble shoots & RCA Remarks in Ticketing Tool & identifying the error counts & communicating the same to the external Stakeholders Partners to reduce the false notification in future.• Preparing the Event Outage Disruption & degradation report on Weekly & Monthly basis for process improvement in SPC & Outage Tool.• Co-ordinating with External Stakeholders & preparing the staff level Summary report based on Check lists.• Co-ordinating with internal Stakeholders & preparing the staff level Summary report based on Check lists.• Any other responsibility initiated by the Reporting Manager from time to time.
