I worked in the Department of Planning, and my roles & Responsibilities Include.• Building 2D drawings of Piston Pins in Auto CAD.• Based on Capacity planning building Master Scheduling of production.• Production planning per machine in each shift.• Manpower planning according to the production.• Vendor Development according to the rate of production.• Monitoring In house quality of components.• Inter Auditor for ISO/TS 16949 Certification.• Building APQP, PPAP, CONTROL PLAN• Maintaining 5s in the Plant.• Vendor Auditing through SQMS.• Monitoring Customer Complaints.I participated as an Internal Auditor in the Auditing of ISO/TS 16949 Certification & MSIL (Maruthi Suzuki International Ltd) Vendor Auditing in this Company.I succeeded in overcoming NCs after both Auditings.
