As a key member of the Senior management team at PropTiger.com, responsible for managing B2B collections to increase profitability and revenue of Pan India by monitoring location wise over all collections of South.Developed and build the entire collection process in PropTiger right from the scratch & making Proptiger.com more robust and process oriented system to improve overall collection of brokerage in SouthDeveloped and build the entire collection process from basics to end to end in Proptiger.com & made more robust and process oriented system to improve overall collection of brokerage in South.

 Taking care of Conflict Management, resolving conflicts with delinquent customers regarding issues with loan repayments and identifying and building relationships with law enforcement, media and legal to aid the collection process. Handling over all south locations vehicle loan collections and recovery portfolio based out in Bangalore as prime location along with three collection manager reportees across south except Kerala state.  Negotiating and resolving issues relating to problematic customers and chronic defaulters, Vendor Management, making weekly Review of all Managers and identifying and appointing new agencies for respective buckets. Monitoring the collection Manager-wise and agency-wise performance, preparation & dispatch of agency bills month on month & follow up for the same, setting individual target for agencies and Legal Formalities. Conducting refresher training programmers for collection and verification agencies for better functioning, filing of sec 138 for Defaulters, Search and Seize along with executions, Filing of sec 420, 506 IPC & 156(3) for Defaulters and Filing LSA.

 Taking care of Conflict Management, resolving conflicts with delinquent customers regarding issues with loan repayments and identifying and building relationships with law enforcement, media and legal to aid the collection process. Handling over all south locations un secured loan collections and recovery portfolio based out in Mysore as prime location along with 15 reportees across location.  Negotiating and resolving issues relating to problematic customers and chronic defaulters, Vendor Management, making weekly Review of all Team Leaders & Supervisors and identifying and appointing new agencies for respective buckets. Monitoring Superwiser-wise and agency-wise performance, preparation & dispatch of agency bills month on month & follow up for the same, setting individual target for agencies and Legal Formalities.

 Identifying and appointing Distributor and Dealers to increase the volume of Maruti car sales and Suzuki accessories and supervising the appointment, staffing and training of the Distributors/Dealers and Retailers. Building good relationships with Retailer and Distributor to develop joint sales plan with them to achieve maximum volumes and providing sound product advice to Channel partners and customers at all times. Giving feedback on training and support needs Distributor/Dealers, monitoring daily sales v/s targets and month end projection and contributing in marketing strategy implementation and sales tool development.
