Make my learning curve to move in a linear fashion along with the growth of my functional skills coupled with overall personality development in order to face the challenging times ahead.Finance & Accounts:• Supervising the preparation of MIS reports & other statements to provide feedback to top management on financial performance viz., preparation of Monthly Profitability Statements• Preparing MIS reports to monitor movement of key business indicators and facilitate decision-making process of the top management.Financial Management/ Budgetary Control:• Managing finance functions involving designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control towards the accomplishment of organisational goals. Tracking accounts receivable to ensure timely inflow of funds into the company. • Assist in getting fund and non-fund based facilities including foreign currency loans from bank to meet working capital and project requirements. Formulating periodical budgets and establishing system to collate periodical financial and other information, conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.Organisation Development and Management:• Involved in conceptualizing the organisation structure and preparing organisation diagram, establishing functions, systems, processes, interface between functions. • Training, motivating & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets. As an accredited Mentor, takes the responsibility of getting fresh professionals smoothly inducted into the corporate business process and motivate them towards higher performance.
