Commendation to Value Chain Management (VCM) regarding the technical requirements during vendor selection and job scope*Plant Shutdown participation such as budgeting, schedule of maintenance jobs, preparation of spares, liaising with OEM’s & vendors, job assignment & implementation, daily reporting, shutdown report, etc.*Spares Management through identification of critical spares, rotating spares, strategic spares, etc. *Annual Operational Expenditures(OPEX) Budget preparation for maintenance expenses cost such as maintenance, service, testing and inspection, manpower, material, equipment rental, consumables& supplies.*Annual Capital Expenditures(CAPEX) Budget preparation for maintenance expenses cost such as improvement project, upgrade, new equipment, etc.*Supports testing and commissioning of new projects/plants
