• Solemnly responsible for implementation at client location.• Resolve the L1 and L2 level tickets.• Analyze the L3 level issues; get the fix from the L3 team.• Resolves the issue of Priority and severity to meet the SLA Standards. • Write SQL Scripts to resolve the issues.• Provide Training to end users on product enhancement, via Webex session or Teamviewer,• Solve the Issue over phone, chat and email.• Data Migration from legacy system to new system.• Identify the L3 level bugs and play a major role in fixing them with the help of development team.• Configure the Product based on the customer requirement ex : Setting of Business Engine Rules.• Co ordinating with internal team like QA and Development team for the new enhancements.• Provide a onsite training (If require) or off site training over web-ex session or Team viewer.• Providing support on call / team viewer or Any desk – 24 / 7 environment.• Setting up an UAT environment for Customer for Testing.• Responsible for Customer sign of on newly deliver enhancement to production.• Identifying the bug and do root cause analysis to help fix the bug permanently
