Current*Maintain Salesforce CRM Accounts, contacts and Leads* Own and maintain prospect accounts and contact data* Collect, verify, and update data from member portals and submit to the SF data team for data upload* Collect and add/update event attendee information in SF.* Update customer data whenever needed* Research and discover new accounts and prospects to expand our target audience* Search and find additional information such as revenue, nonprofit type, etc, for easy segmentation* Working knowledge of tools like Ms Excel, Salesforce,Zoominfo, Linkedin , Google sheets, Mailchimp, Brevo, Mailjet, Zerobounce, Sales Navigator.* Update customer and prospect profiles from automated OOO emails* Maintain data integrity between SF and email platforms* Make minor edits/updates directly in SF for time-sensitive data update requests* Create segments/lists within email platforms for targeted outbound campaigns* Execute outbound email campaigns and generate reports
