Working as a Project Coordinator of Jharkhand Tribal Empowerment & Livelihood Project (JTELP) project funding support by IFAD and SCA – TSP through Jharkhand Development Society (JTDS) an autonomous body of GOJ. in Godda district of JharkhandKey Responsibility:- Working as a Project coordinator with multiple functions as Team leader and Social Expert of JTELP along with day to day Coordination & Management of Tribal development project, gender, women & sanitation programme. I am responsible for implementation of livelihoods, INRM and income generation activity through Sensitizing gram sabha, establishment Gram sabha project execution committee and their sub- committee.  Strengthen community institutions through need based training, mobilization and facilitating to SHG and Youth Groups to plan and implement social sector activity.  Facilitating community institution to prepare Gram Sabha Resource Management and livelihood plans.  Preparing annual work budget and plan of GSPEC and detail design for land and resource development sub plan.  Reviewing progress of SHGs and Youth groups saving and credits. track and monitor projects to ensure smooth implementation and compliance with CF. Compile reports and documents to ensure all information /target is captured and reviewed correctly, prepare annual progress report.  Liaising to GoJ like MoRD, SLNA, Welfare Department, Agriculture Department, Animal husbandry and Fisheries, NABARD, MNREGA etc.  Day to day Management of the Projec
