Heading the engineering division in execution of hard automation and robotics project in all applications of handling, welding, painting, aero space drilling and milling application

• Monitor all operations and processes, Implement ISO 9001:2015 as QMS system ,• implementing change. Impement 5S, Kaizen, TQM, lean manufacturing, six sigma,Administer all financial functions .• Ensure optimal level company performance and administer employee workforce and assist to design all continuous improvement activities and maintain process control.

• Robot and robot system engineering sales.• Concept ,Layout, costing and techno commercial quotation of the projects as per the customer requirement after collecting all the inputs required for the particular project including customer visits to understand their requirement and convert to ordersDevelop solution for all robotic applications such as handling, machine tending, hot forge tending, press tending, glueing, dispensing, MAG welding, spot welding, TIG welding, ladling, assembly, inspection, deburring and felting.

• Design of special purpose machine, Conveyor system, Assembly station and line.• Design and propose automation solutions involving conveyors, SPM, press, assembly stations etc.• Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports• Analysis and specification of electro-mechanical and electro-hydraulic systems• Develops manufacturing drawings in accordance with applicable standards

• design, development and detailing of fixtures for robotic welding of BIW parts.Design and development, assembly layout sheet, part details, BOM, key sheet, for roof structure using catia V5 software.• Involved in design of BIW (body in white) fixture using NAAMS standards • Design and development of BIW handling grippers using Norgren and ABB.

• Responsible for manufacturing of dozer , excavator, wheel loader components of various capacities1. Responsible departments-Plate shop,Sheet metal dept,Tool design dept,Major assembly• Worked in Blue print control Dept, template dept.• Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel loading production target for flame cutting, punch press, power brake and welding machines
