At (Client) Taking care of entire IT support ( LAN, WAN, VCs and ERP) at Roorkee location for three SBUs My responsibilities include -* To make sure all the IT related Hardware and Software UP and Running Smoothly for Roorkee Location it includes entire LAN, WAN, VCs, and ERP and other Misc Custom Application.

•Handling a team of 4 Engineer providing support at the IT helpdesk.•Responsible for managing smooth functioning of Mail Servers/Data Servers and Network.•Provide Initial Response, Operational Assistance, Problem Identification and Resolution. •Ensure Customer satisfaction by providing highly Responsive Technical Support.•Proactive Communication with users concerning status of Problems/Issues.•Ensure problems/issues are systematically tracked, escalated accordingly and followed-up.•Maintaining the Continuity of the Network with Server, PC and Laptop Maintenance.•Taking regular backup of the servers.•Co-ordination with vendors for getting timely support for different products under AMC.•Analyzing and monitoring calls through the Helpdesk Call management system.
