Assists in contract summarization, Contract management, verifying documents for completeness and compliance with quality and client requirements. • Responsible for creating Contracts including update of specific T&Cs• Verification of appropriate attachment, checking the order information & correct approvals.• Determine if nonstandard language exists and if we are contractually obligated to use the language per the master agreement with the customer.• Review of Project Assumption & obligations• Review of Scope, Description of services provided by Sales and to rewrite/ soften the language as defined.• Executing outsourced contract management for clients.• Review of contracts.• Establish contract management processes for deals of high revenue.• Manage the contract on a daily basis, vetting of contracts, drafting of contracts.• Ensure the engagement's deliverable tracking process/system complies with the contract.• Software license agreement.• Contract negotiation.• Contract abstraction.• Identify non-compliance issues and support their resolution.

Worked as Officer-HR from May 2012 – January 2013 and handled the responsibility as below:• Looking after entire Legal issues relating to factory.• Liaison with Government authorities and actively participated in the wage settlement negotiations with union leaders and top level Management.• Handling compliance/Statutory records & registers, Personal files of associates.• Handling Industrial Relation issues, Issuing & Drafting of disciplinary misconduct letters, Preparing Charge sheet / Show Cause Notice and assisted in conducting Disciplinary Proceeding etc.,• Seeking opinions from Legal Experts from outside for key issues with respect to Labour law, Factory Act.• Compliance management of Contract labour act and ensure all are in place.
