Started off handling the Books Division of MPS (A Macmillan Company) and went on to take up Journals and Digital Service units as well. Have been and individual contributor handling end to end HR activities for all the three units. Initiated social media recruitment and was successful in bringing in talent pool. I was pivotal in HRMS implementation for MPS. Handling an employee strength of 850 plus resources in Chennai Unit and was declared the “Best Performer of HR – 2010”.
