Current Responsible for Overall Plant Operations and Maintenance Activities, Ensure correct and timely availability declarations to LDC/WCC (NCC). Continuous Monitoring of Running Equipment and report in Maximo-6 with Priority. Responsible for implementation of PWPA and IMS Standard in daily activity, Carryout routine Testing and Scheduled Changeover of Duty/Standby Equipment's. Ensure that the Field checks and DCS Checks are carried out Correctly, Detailed Procedure Prepare/Modify/Execution of all Complex Operations. Performance Monitoring of Plants and Different Equipment. Monitoring Plant through DCS with most Economical, Safe and Efficient Operation. Worked as an Outage Coordinator, Organizing Unit Start up & Shut Down works. Preparing Plant Equipment Modification Report (PEMR) in order to achieve 100% Availability. Assist Maintenance in their daily activities to keep our Machine in healthy condition. Timely Preparation of Incident Reports (IR) Root Cause Analyses (RCA) Maintain Test and Operations Records up-to-date Documentation. Operate within Environmental limits (Atmospheric, Land & Outfall discharge). Good communications within Operations and Other Department Personals. Monitor and ensure correct Chemical conditions throughout the Process. Optimize fuel efficiency using FDM. Correct Preservation of all S/by Equipment's. Conducted Training for Operators in Power and Desalination Plant Operations.
