Have been involved in Strategy, business model innovation, design thinking, systems thinking for operations management processes, Corporate Entrepreneurship and coaching staff at all levels. It's easy to have an idea...but not easy to know if it is desirable in the eyes of the customer, and how quickly can we implement and execute it with minimum resources and time. Always have been dabbling with new technologies but with a mind on how to apply and transform people's lives with it. My last 15 years in operations, e-commerce, logistics, IT infrastructure development, retail, distribution, project management and marketing have all pulled my experiences together to understand how an SME or even a large corporation can grow with technology and good back-end support and yet maintain costs optimally.
